Dear Readers,
*Innisfree 27*, the fall 2018 issue of the *Innisfree Poetry Journal*, is
now available at www.innisfreepoetry.org. In this issue, we take a “Closer
Look” at the work of J.T. Ledbetter, which includes nine new poems, as well
as a generous helping of poems from his previous books.
And to honor Rod Jellema--professor, poet, translator, and *Innisfree*
essayist whose recent death at 90 has so saddened the Washington literary
community--we include fourteen remembrances from his friends, colleagues,
students, and family.
In addition to the poems of 23 other contributors, we have comment by Anne
Harding Woodworth on Terence Winch's recently published *The Known Universe*
(Hanging Loose Press, 2018) and Baron Wormser's *Tom O'Vietnam* (New
Rivers Press, 2017).
