Hi Terry,

I do own and use a Kindle. I'm happy to produce a review for Infotech, on its
use from a blindness perspective. I'll talk to you and Brian about it off list,
and will try and get it done soon. Its certainly a good way of accessing books,
and beats scanning in books page after page.

Talk soon.

Brian.

Hi Joan.
Certainly this would be a great article to have, there's been a lot of chat
across various forums lately about this, and those who heard the RNIB article
in the sight villege magazine will remember how much John Godber believed this
to provide a very fast and effective way of accessing books.

My question is however, do any of you use this system, and if so would you be
interested in producing a review of it?

Thanks for raising this idea Joan.

Hi,

I wonder if Brian or Terry would be interested in producing an article covering
the pros and cons of Kindle from a blind person's point of view. I'd love to
get one but am worried in case I can't manage to use it, being a bit of a
luddite!

Best wishes,

Joan.
