Just a couple more comments on this thread then I'll leave it alone.
First we have apologised for not being able to deliver the magazine by 17
December.
Yes we can guarantee that the download problems will be resolved by early in
the new year as we are moving our download server to enable us to provide a
more reliable and robust service to you all.
We could of just left things as they were but we haven't because we care
very much about providing a good quality service all round.
As we move into the new year we are looking at thee method we use to deliver
the magazine.
Currently the split between CD subscribers and downloaders is about fifty
fifty.
Watch this space we wont do anything without consulting you all because at
the end of the day its your magazine, however we do recognise that the
current delivery method may be outdated.
Anyway that's it for now, again folks have a great Christmas and I wish you
all the very best for the new year.

Thanks so much Lynnis, we both work hard to keep producing the magazine
against a very heavy work load especially over the past six months.
I'd like to take this opportunity of thanking our listeners for there
continued support of the magazine, and your patients over the past few
months with the somewhat erattic timining of the magazines and
specifically
during the last issue with the download issues we experienced.
The download issues should be well and truly resolved by the issue being
released at the very ffront end of Jan, we have completely changed our
server and the method used to ensure far greater stabiklity in the future.
