Kevin thanks for this and so please you appreciate that some things are
outside of our control.
I'm sure the majority of you see that and understand that there are limits
to what we can do, but we always try to push those limits to the full in
order that we provide you with an excellent service.

I don't usually send messages to this list as I always thought it was an
announcement list only. However, this is just to say many thanks for a very
entertaining and informative magazine. I always thoroughly enjoy it. The
recent download issues are frustrating, but I expect more so for you as it
must affect business and I expect is often beyond your control. I
sympathise! So often we are at the mercy of our web providers!

Thanks so much Lynnis, we both work hard to keep producing the magazine
against a very heavy work load especially over the past six months.
I'd like to take this opportunity of thanking our listeners for there
continued support of the magazine, and your patients over the past few
months with the somewhat erattic timining of the magazines and specifically
during the last issue with the download issues we experienced.
The download issues should be well and truly resolved by the issue being
released at the very ffront end of Jan, we have completely changed our
server and the method used to ensure far greater stabiklity in the future.
All the very best to you all on behalf of the team and have a wonderful
Christmas and New Year break.
