[infoshare] sending and receiving e-mail messages in OUtlook express

Dear info-share Family,
Thank you for all the information at the meeting this past Saturday.
, I am having a problem, all of a sudden, with Micro-soft Outlook
Express. I can neither send, nor receive messages. I hear the
chiming sound, which means I received mail, but the messages are stuck
in the server. It may be something with the settings.
Has any one suggestions as to which settings I should change? Where in
the multi-level dialog box I should go, so as I can send and receive
