Dear Eric and Sharon, Today, I tried to dial the operator on this "tell
me" system, and could reach no one. I dialed 1800 555/1212

Something is fishy. Peace, Lucia

Hi Sharon,

Yes, You can still talk to someone live on the 800 555-1212 line if miss
tell me doesn't find it for you. But you can't talk to someone on the
weekend as far as I remember.

But you're welcome, I always got your back Sharon.

Eric

Thanks Eric. Maybe things have changed on the 800-555-1212
system, because the last time I called and Miss Tell Me couldn't find
what I was looking for, I was able to speak to a live person. But like
I said before, maybe it's changed. I'm going to try it again and see.

                Hi,

I think that what Sharon was trying to say about the
(800) 555-1212 number is that it has the tell me voice when its asking
you for whatever told free number you're looking for.

however, all the voice recorded systems to find a number
are annoying. Some are better than others.

Just wanted to chime in on this discussion.

                Eric

Dear Sharon, and All Info-share listers,

The "tell me" number has no operator, I called
it today. There is no way to get directory assistance information, just
the tell -me, categories, (sports, movies, ETC). That's all. Please
advise. Thank you, listers.

The Info-share family will set us freeeeee!!!!

What happened to 800-555-1122? The Tell Me
Computer comes on, but if she can't help you, an operator will take
over. But on the weekends, it's totally automative and I think after
certain hours during the week.

Dear LIsters: I am so happy I am now on
the info-share list. I miss all the people and cherish your
friendships.

Here is a problem. I noted that
tollfree information, directory assistance, is totally completely
automated. I dialed 1800 373/3411 and was told to go to a website. I
dialed Verizon's 1800 255/2255 and a man who was impatient and
unreceptive toldme that he couldnot help me. I have diffuclty with
websites, since so many have graphics. What to do?

Stay in touch and stay well. Sincerely,
Lucia Marett
