yes, you'll just have to have someone find and read the HEX number.  perhaps 
when you purchase the phone, you can have them read it right there so you can 
make note of it.

  I'm one of those people who you don't know and I only know you through the 
emails you post to the list, but I wanted to tell you that I am a long-time 
Verizon user and have been very happy with the service.  I too am thinking 
about getting the Samsung.  You can get a braille user's manual through Samsung 
by the way.
