there is one more suggestion that I thought you might want to try regarding
your netbook problem is, Try unloading jaws first while the netbook is
running with caps lock key f4 wait about 30 seconds too a minute or so, then
use the control plus alt, plus j keys it should then say, jaws for windowsis
ready then open one or more applications and use the say all command caps
lock key down arrow and see if the quality of the speech is at its normal
behavior, as it was before.
