Are you aware that the MTA has a disability only information number??
Well, they do and here it is:
The number is 718.596.8585
You can ask for trip info on both the subways and busses. They
usually can't tell us where a specific bus stop is located, but other
then that, if you are going somewhere you have not been before, they
are pretty good.
