[Ilugc] shared folder full access

Hello,
        
         I have a linux box on mandrake 9.2.
I have a fully shared folder in my home dir.
Why am i not able to copy and paste files
in my shared folder from a windows machine ?
It say permission denied.
Howto allow full access ?
