Bastile Linux is the one for You,
Bastille Linux isn't really a distro by itself. It is a set of tools
which you can run on your system to "harden" it and make it more secure.
I would recommend a Debian Stable system as far secure systems go and
maybe "Bastillizing" it would really help too :-)
