Check the line: hosts allow in your /etc/samba/smb.conf it has a

But i have checked the port entry in the xinetd file.plz help.
have you set the line disable=no in the /etc/xinetd.d/swat file.
if yes then restart xinetd and try again.
to check whether the swat in on use # chkconfig --list|grep swat

problem 2:

How to configure isdn connection directly from the router.
This i haven't tried.
look in http://www.tldp.org for howtos

problem 3:
==========
is there any application similar to outlook express.
if so what is it and how to make it work.
sure. Kmail & Ximian Evolution are available.
Very easy to use. i am using Evolution.
