sorry everyone,
later then i realised that my code was on running on the same
directory and manage.py has to be run on the directory to host server.
Now i have got an established host server connection. I just started
my host by python manage.py runserver from the directory which i
created for website. Thanks a lot to all for your help regarding my
issue. If in case of any doubts/queries will contact/post here.
