Hi,
I tried to make a boot disk with "mkbootdisk". This gave an error saying "root
partition not listed in /etc/fstab"..i checked up fstab, it had the entry for /
as well as /usr, /boot, /swap and /home. Why then is this error occuring.
Actually, I has problems booting into linux (RH 7.0)(thro boot disk) after
installing, which i solved by typing "linux root=/dev/hda6" at boot prompt.
Now, lilo is installed in the boot sector of the first HD (Win2000). It is
booting and working properly and all, except i get this error while trying to
make a boot floppy. HELP!!!
