I too had the same problem with my nForce chipset on Linux 2.6. I don't
think nVidia sources work for Linux 2.6. I saw them working for Linux
2.4. Better we should look for a binary driver I suppose. Since I didn't
need it I left it alone. If somebody know the solution, that would be
helpful.
