I've a collaborator in the US who has worked on Flite from CMU for Indic
Languages. He has ported it to Windows for English and is looking for help
to build support for other languages in the Windows version using SAPI.
I believe this will be mutually beneficial. Please get in touch with me
outside the forum. Once we are done, we can report back to the forum.
