Mdk is now based on new glibc and gcc3.1.1. I would like some feedback
from
mdk9.0b1 users as to the advantages gcc3.1.1 brings. How fast are the
applications now that they are compiled with gcc 3.1.1? How are the Athlon
optimizations if you are using them?

1. booting is very fast compared mdk8.2.
2 I had first look of Gnome 2.0
3.X windows also starts faster compared to previous version
4. Lot of latest softwares included like mozilla1.0, evolution 1.08
Kde 3.02 with koffice 1.2beta2
Other features i am just having a feel of it. All my cards have been
automatically detected.
