You have broken your exim4 config - either by hand editing it or by some
mistake you did with debconf
If you are using the debian configuration there's a mailing list for the
debian exim4 package, ask on that
Or else ask on exim-users@xxxxxxxx
Post the relevant section of the exim4.conf file
