BTW, I'm wondering about making gaim work in a firewall-enabled
environment (only port 80 is allowed). Yahoo messenger seems to be
using http tunnelling for transport, but jabber or gaim/yahoo doesn't
seem to support this.
the result .. barriers for switching to open source software (ym->gaim
for eg.) in our department.
