Sure. But it must be a invisible service. nobody should start or stop that
service.Without their permission it should log all the keyboard entries.

i hav a C source code for key logger program. i want to make
that program as a linux service to run all times from System startup
to shutdown. i'm compiling that source code and tempraryly run that
program.but i need to run that program as a service. any one help me?

Are you sure you want a full fledged service? For a key-logging
program, wouldn't it be enough to just start it with an entry in
/etc/rc.d/rc.local ?
