[Ilugc] configuring wget lynx for proxy net connection

hi to all ,

i use the proxy internet connection .i have configured browsers like konqueror 
,mozilla and netscape individually for net conectivity .but when i was trying 
to use browsers like lynx  or wget comand to download something from net i am 
not able to get the internet connection.how to get that.how i have to configure 
for these two for proxy server net connection ?
