In the middle of apt-getting (downloading), I simply disconnected
(from dialup conn.) and dialed again. But apt-get is still handing up
(freezed) without downloading anything (though the connection is
available).
When I was using gentoo, even wget seemed to suffer from this problem.
This particularly troubles me, as my dialup service (sancharnet) is
unreliable so I couldn't defer the downloads over-night.
