[Ilugc] Which Distro?

Hi all,
         I want to know Which Distro is best for Development. I want a good 
distro to dedicate for entire programming stuff with network security tools. 
Iam currently working as a Information Security Engineer in Chennai. So 
suggest me a good distro for development and developers.
