[Ilugc] Strange messages from ilugc-request!

I donot want you to help me instead I wanted to help you out. What I
expect from any administrator when they know that their domain name or
email address(es) are used for malicious purpose by another domain is
that to contact the respective IP address' administrator to file an
abuse report so that you are least expected to find a misbehavior from
the same IP in the future. That's why I attached the 'whois' lookup. If
you are too busy to do that, that's OK. I have good spam filters and
daily anti-virus updates and security patches updates on my machine and
I am least bothered about my machine. I can't help if my mail was a bit
hard.
