I have changed chmod 700 to .ssh directory.

different user
without password, copy .ssh/id_rsa (private key) of
first user to the
.ssh directory of that user.
It is advised that the permission of .ssh should be
700 and id_rsa
should be 600.
On the other hand, you can also generate another
private/public key pair
for that user -:)
