to complain. But how. Just after we switch to Dishnet ISP, I send a
mail to abuse@xxxxxxx & ip-admin@xxxxxxxx. But no help. :(
A mass memorandum or mass petition may help ... don't know !!
Not that way. Contact the dishnet customer service people ... escalate
to their manager and scream at them.
