[Ilugc] SMTP error

Why is the term `Fail` comming above?
There is no reverse dns (PTR) entry for the ip 10.1.14.73
You (or rather whatever random script you used to configure sendmail)
has gone and set sendmail up to refuse mail from IPs without reverse dns
