If he is using ERNET that is likely a uucp or other point to point link for
email only, and will definitely be routed through ERNET smarthosts.
ERNET has had enough of a headache in the past with customers running
antique sendmail installs and getting their open relays abused.. they must
have come up with this mailhub setup to counter this issue.
