This seems very odd! You should definitely have a look at the HTML
hell page by esr.

My Resume page and the articles are formatted differently and viewing them in
the diff. browsers make their formatting different.
IE 6 seems correct, but the actual fact is I myself use Opera 7.51 and I
seldom use IE.
I have put so bcos my site stats at the bottom of the page show that 99.08%
of the users have accessed it only thro` IE!!
