I was wondering if anyone on the list knew whether or not wireless
setups have been de-licensed. I'm looking to set up a wireless
transmitter in the middle of my city to beam a community living a little
far away access to broadband internet, because touchtel doesn't reach
that far out. I want to find out where or not it is legal. I think it
has been de-licensed for internal community usage, but whether i would
be allowed to do it for this particular purpose is what i would like to
find out.
