[Ilugc] Mailman showing email addresses in the clear

I'm not so sure about that but I'll take your word for it.

I looked at this issue before we moved to mailman but found no obvious
solution.

I searched on google and came up with a couple of interesting threads:

Its a huge thread that does not seem to lead to any solid answers. I
blew atleast 45 mins searching for one and have real work to do.
So for now we have the following choices:
1. stop using pipermail to archive and be happy with the yahoo
archives. I can do that pretty easily.
2. Find a solution to this problem and let me know.
3. Live with it.
