And the usual waste of time that is "patch qmail and recompile" every
time you want to do anything as simple as authentication.
Switch to exim / postfix / sendmail for a far simpler way to do things.

Kindly excuse. At the time i was writting this mail me was
fiddling with fstab file (absent mindedness) . Actually it should
've been " from /etc. sorry for the confusion.
