I have rented 10 tables (1.75ft x 6ft) which will be arriving on
Friday evening. There are plenty of chairs at the auditorium already.
Asan has requested one of us to be available before 4:30pm Friday to
coordinate the arrival of the tables. The electrician will also be
available at the same time so we can make best use of him.
I have an extremely tight schedule at the office and it will be
difficult for me to visit asan on friday evening. Can anyone please
volunteer to take up this responsibility?
Asan has also requested that we complete the moving in of our computers
before 8:30am Saturday (start of school hours).
