Thanks Prabhu - that definitely puts matters to rest. Just tried
debian with a minimal install and followed up with updating to
sid (only about 100MB) and feels very comfortable - makes a
mockery of the FUD about debian being a difficult distro!!
Does anyone use XFS with debian ? Did not see a boot install
option and had to settle for ext3.
