The prices are for touchtel's "broadband router" option - where you get 
1:4, 1:2 or even 1:1 shared ports for a dsl.

Touchtel's usb modem options are far cheaper, and closer in line to 
Hathway's prices - btw, hathway doesn't say how many people share that 128 
kbps pipe, I notice ...
