hi,

a couple of days back I inquired about the Microsoft
Intellimouse's support in Linux.

Will with the Mozilla 1.8 Alpha version (released 2
days back) the two additional buttons are now
supported.

The buttons had the Forward and Backward Functionality
in Internet Explorer for Windows.

People who are using this mouse can get the new
Mozilla version and try it out.

Still dont know if GNOME supports them.

Here's a list of the changes in Mozilla 1.8 Alpha 1.

have fun,
