[Ilugc] How to download a WEBSITE?

I am looking for a tool which will download a entire Website.

I just now noted that your mail is sent to ilugc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and
CCed to ilugc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. So, whenever someone do reply all two
instances of their mails reach at ILUGC's list. I have seen this with a
lot of mails.
Avoid using both IDs and use any one and this will avoid wastage of some
storage space on the server by archiving the duplicate mails.
