My console reported that "hda lost interrupt". I thereafter had to
reboot, and in the middle of the boot sequence, the error was again
reported, ending in a kernel panic. When this happened AB was around,
and something like mke2fs -S /dev/hdb3 fixed the hdb3 partition that was
corrupt.
How serious is a "lost interrupt" error? Should I enforce the warranty
on my HDD?
