We are a Seattle, US based Linux software development firm
with technical development center in chenna-india and offices in
UK, Canada and Singapore.
We develop our own Linux OS Distribution for desktops
and are integrators of software and hardware on linux
platform, our products include LINARE LINUX and
LINARE PC.
We also own the site www.Linux.net where we aim to
bridge the gap between developers. resellers, ISV, OEM's
in the Linux community along with providing services
such as free web-based email and forum services.
Our previous requirement post on these groups had a
overwhelming response than normally expected, because of
which we have decided to refine the process of selection.
Also this time we require non-technical Marketing people
for expanding our indian sales base.
1. We require skilled professionals (Fresher or Experienced)
in the field of Linux Programming.
2. We require skilled marketing people with very good english
speaking-writing skills, accent training on US accent would
be an added plus.

Experience:
(Freshers and Experienced Candidates)
Final year Projects on Linux, Linux Programming including
bash shell scripting, python, perl, gcc C/C++, java,
Apache-PHP-MySQL Trio, QT/GTK+ Programming and other
open source technologies.
Please don't apply for fresher trainee, we dont train anybody
here, if selected your knowledge will be put into direct
application after a very short intro to our project specs.

. FRESHERS NEED TO HAVE THE ESSENTIAL SKILL SET
TO JOIN OUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM. THEY SHOULD
HAVE WORKED ON ATLEAST ONE CONCRETE LINUX
PROJECT EITHER IN THEIR ACADEMICS OR TRAINING
PROJECTS OUTSIDE.
. Candidates should compulsary possess skills on Installing
Linux RPM based softwares, should have worked on
Redhat Linux and its Variants, should have a very good
understanding on the basic operation and organization of
Redhat Linux.
. Percentage obtained is not a criteria, we strictly value SKILLS
more than BIG PERCENTAGES, you should be aware that if
called for interview your skills and knowledge would be put
into extensive testing.
. if you are a RHCT, you can apply, RHCE's not welcome.
We strictly dont welcome any Microsoft guys. please don't
apply highlighting your Microsoft Skills, your application will
be deleted on such occurences.
