i am the new user.

i am doing my mini project which shud implement the firewall in
Linux.Can anyone help me in this regard.it shud be implemented in any
application.This is the first project iam doing.so pls help me.
In Linux, ipchain(OLD) and iptable(NEW) are used as firewalls. This
things are free with linux. Lot of docments are avail in NET. If U
explain more abt ur project in detail, then it is easy for the
people, who want to help u.
