[Ilugc] FW: Apache - filenames with spaces

Hi

I have a problem with apache filenames.

We have a wiki which lists URLs (and filename with spaces) as
http://mydomain.com/filename+with+spaces.html

But apache does not interpret + as a space, and it throws a 404 error. How
do I fix this ?
