If "ILUGC members" have no objections to this, we could send the
nomination to FSF.
Mr SV Raman send a mail to me, saying our president Dr APJAK did lot
for FSF in Military side. So We can nominate Dr APJAK for this Award.
I feel, We should nominate AB for FSF Award. On 17th I directly told
abt this to AB :)
