Looks like compress::zlib module is not installed in the system. You
can try installing it by  using command
cpan -i Compress::Zlib.

Installed Compress::Zlib through cpan. But still the same error, when
compiling globus-4.0.4


Any reason behind installing zlib via cpan and not from repository?
