This is not Personally intended but is just a clarification which needed 
to be done for your previous mail.
 Here no strings is attached.  

 The point is governments instead of making primary education sensible
 (GCD comes in 7'th standard maths which is good recursive problem and
  first algorithm mankind knows. Two's compliment comes in 7'th standard.
 Instead of focusing on the good math cum computer sci problems starts
 acronymous which with out basic education becomes useless in the long
 run.
