Most of the times we end up not deciding our agenda because most of us
were busy with other work. This needs to be streamlines of the meetings
is of a major concern to the LUG. Many times the speakers too get busy
and donot turn up for the meets. Somehow we manage to tackle this
problem.. when srini was there he would talk on some tool that he knows
of (generally a PHPfoobar (-;) or prabhu might come up to talk about
something else.
A few meets ago there used to be one genteman whose name I seem to
forget. He wanted to focus and streamline ILUGC's activities rather than
being what it is now. I personally find his idea good.
