Possible using iptables, cbq,tc etc. You'll need to read up Traffic
shaping and advanced traffic ontrol LARTC2.4 Howto. Well documented.
Part of 2.4 kernel now. Alexeyev Kuznetsov's work. Julian has written a
few advanced patches.

Subject: [Ilugc] Bandwidth quota/management software on Linux?
Hi
Are there folk on this list running bandwidth quota/management software
on Linux? Specifically, my problem is similar to this guy's here:
<http://shorterlink.com/?O22TJR>: DummyNet exists on BSD but not Linux
-- at least this was true ~2000-01.
c. 2002, Is anyone aware of successful DummyNet deployments on Linux?
Cheers
