I wouldn't totally rely on my inputs into the poll as my work hours
are pretty flexible and they tend to change week to week, depending on
what else is going on.
Anyways, things that need to be discussed BEFORE meeting with
Challenge on the 7th as specified by Joseph, the event coordinator we
are dealing with:
* Bus prices
*(We need to cost buses from Challenge to Casino/Northbridge, I'll be
calling around this week and then we will compare what prices we get
to what Challenge will charge)*
* Fondue Fountains idea
*(Thinking chocolate fondue fountain as dessert but costing was
required to be done by Challenge and we will see if we can fit it into
our budget)*
* Centre pieces
*(Ideas for table centre pieces to suit Venetian Masquerade theming?
Candelabras?)*
* Entertainment options to match the theme
*(Again, ideas for entertainment to suit theme? NOT stage
entertainment, think more 'roaming' entertainment or something that
people can stand and watch. From previous years: Ice Sculptor, Moon
Buggy)*
Who is actually able to make it to the Challenge meeting next week?
12PM Wednesday July 7.
How does a meeting on Monday (July 5th) sound sometime in the arvo to
get everything sorted before Wed?
Also, Jacqui, for some reason your reply email only sent to me and not
the mailing list. No idea why, but could you make sure when you hit
reply that the address it's replying to is igniteball@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?
