event here next Wednesday we have all been flat out!



Here is the complete quote for you as requested. Here is some other details
you requested in your email;



Â·         Regarding food and beverage breakdown the food aspect is around
$60/head, beverage is $35/head. For a Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks & Spirits
option we normally charge $18/person/hour but because we have packaged
everything we are able to provide you with a bar set-up inside the arena and
service for the aforementioned price

Â·         Floor plan is missing from the quote, I will forward to you as
soon as I receive one

Â·         Regarding entertainment, I would definitely go with the stilt
walkers and I am trying to reduce the quote a little further for you. The
stilt walkers will add something entirely different to just fire breathers
and will be fantastic in the reveal area. Their floor show is apparently
pretty spanky and I think really suits your theme. I will advise as soon as
I have a revised cost from them



Sorry again for the late reply on the quote, I have mentioned in there
quotes from Bus West and ICP Security who are our main security provider. As
soon as I have a formal quote from both I will send them to you for you to
compare with other quotes.
