The next regularly scheduled IGDA Wisconsin chapter meeting will take place on July 5 at 7:00 PM.
Madison Media Institute (MMI) Building B 2758 Dairy Drive Madison, WI 53718Topics discussed will include chapter officer elections. The terms of the existing chapter officers have expired, and nominations are now being accepted for new officers.
The only qualification for candidates is that they must be current, paid members of the IGDA. Similarly, only current, paid IGDA members may vote in elections.
Nominations will be accepted by outgoing chapter secretary Jason Compton at jcompton@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx until July 15 at 11:59 PM. Voting will close July 29. When all nominations are received, a follow-up message will be sent directing members to candidate summaries and voting instructions. New board members will assume office at the August 2 meeting.
Nominees are encouraged to submit a bio no longer than 500 words along with their nomination.
