Do a show element, copy the text, paste it into a .txt file, save, in Allegro, go to File> File Viewer..., open the .txt file you just saved, click on a coordinate. Allegro should go to the coordinate you clicked on. You might need to zoom in kinda far before you click the coordinate to find the location more easily. I have attached a file I did that in but I cannot guarantee that the coordinates in it are in your design! Once you see how it works, you can create a file with all of the coordinates in it you want.

Use the allegro file viewer. I tried this right after I saw the suggestion because I didn't think it worked. Now I know better. Just go to file> file viewer..., find the file to open and click on the coords and, amazing! It works.
